Erin Neblett

Erin is a results-driven HR leader with over 15 years of experience across all areas of the employee lifecycle. As VP of Human Resources at Surgical Solutions, Erin brings her expertise in talent acquisition and onboarding, organizational design, people strategy, and HR systems to drive the employee experience.

Before joining Surgical Solutions, Erin spent many years at Digital Realty, a global data center company. She held roles across multiple areas of HR, including leading their global talent acquisition, onboarding, and DEI program, and prior to that as a strategic HR business partner in addition to leading the compensation and equity programs. Previously she worked for a global investment management firm, gaining diverse HR experience.
