Omar Karame

Omar Karame is an accomplished CFO with a background in investment banking, private equity and corporate M&A.  His experience includes working with and in businesses among a wide array of industries and stages of development, from successful, small high-growth companies (including ones listed on the Inc 5000 and FT Americas Fastest Growing) to large multibillion dollar enterprises to companies undergoing turnarounds. He has served on the senior management team of several NYSE listed / Fortune 500 companies as well as on several Boards of Directors.  He has completed several billion dollars in M&A transactions and capital raises, as well as over 30 acquisitions as a principal on the buy-side.  After graduating from Dartmouth College, he started his career in sales with Xerox before attending Wharton Business School.
