At Surgical Solutions, our mission is two-fold: (1) to provide the support services to your physicians, surgeons, and nurses that allows them to perform at the top of their licenses when delivering patient care, and (2) to provide cost-savings, efficiency and throughput gains at your institution that are crucial in our current healthcare environment of “do more with less” and “value-based care.” A partnership with Surgical Solutions will enable you to operate as economically, efficiently and profitably as possible, while supporting the highest possible job satisfaction to your physicians, surgeons, and nurses.
Surgical Solutions was founded on the premise that physicians and nurses in the operating room deserve to operte at the top of their licenses, and hospitals should be able to share in the risk associated in their performance via compelling strategic partnerships. In the “do more with less” environment surrouding US hospitals and healthsystems, we believe that outsourced partners like Surgical Solutions can play a strategic role in achieving this challenging goal. To do so, we bring together dedicated, driven, and team-oriented people with a passion for excellence in service. We value transparency and strive to over-deliver to our customers each and every day.
Our team is replete with an array of diverse, talented people, each of whom has achieved excellence in his/her own careers, and most of all, are compassionate and passionate people who wake up everyday striving for excellence. From executive leaders ranging from those with decades of health care experience to private equity veterans to Silicon Valley entrepreneurs, and others in between, our leadership team strives to deliver best in class strategic thinking and service to each of our existing and future potential clients. This culture of excellence permeates all levels of the organization. We view ourelves as ‘guests in your home’ in the clinical environments in which we work, a tight-knit and high performing team striving to serve as a steady drumbeat of excellence each and everyday in your institutions.
