Kirk Leonardelli brings over two decades of experience in the Hospital and Health System marketplace. He has held senior leadership roles in sales, business operations, mergers & acquisitions, and marketing at organizations on the fortune 300 list. During that time he owned and ran a medical device distributorship, sold surgical instrumentation, orthopedic and trauma implants, capital equipment, disposables, SaaS, staffing services, and diagnostics testing. Most recently Kirk worked for Laboratory Corporation of America as Division Head, Sales and Commercial Strategy, running commercial operations for the newly formed Health Systems Operating Division. He built a staff from the ground up to optimize the outsourcing of laboratory services (98 hospitals), testing, and labor throughout the continental United States. This experience taught him the importance of outsourcing partnerships and how critical a role third party organizations will play in the landscape of the Global Health System infrastructure in the years ahead. During his time as part of the Medical Device Leadership he was responsible for quota/budgets nearing $700M while keeping focus on the things that matter most: the people he served, his providers, and their patients. Kirk resides in Kansas City with his wife (who works as a Physician) and three children. When he isn’t working you will find him coaching his son's soccer team, working out, spending time with his family at their lake cabin, or enjoying his daughters performing on stage, playing sports, and creating new games to play.

Omar was most recently the CFO for Admera Health, a Precision Medicine and Biopharmaceutical Research Services Company. Previous to this, Omar has had a successful career in private equity, investment banking and has held CFO positions with various companies in the oil & gas and energy sectors. Furthermore, Omar has acquired over 30 businesses and advised on over $6 billion in M&A transactions; raised over $13 billion in debt and equity and managed several initial public offerings. He has also helped revamp reporting procedures to eliminate restatements of historical results and dramatically improved time to produce financials. In addition, he’s established KPI reports well received by private equity investors, NYSE Boards, and commercial lenders.

With more than 30 years of leadership experience, Elizabeth Casey, MSN, RN, CNOR has served in surgical services, women/children, cardiovascular, and outpatient surgery as well as academic-based programs. Her experience includes Level 1 trauma centers and outpatient surgical joint ventures. Her passion is in setting systems and processes to allow for innovative changes in today’s healthcare setting.
